Full Conservatory Renovation

Our client had a large conservatory which consisted of an old polycarbonate roof system and deteriorated frames and glass, resulting in an unusable living space. The brief was to create two separate living spaces and make it more accessible to the outdoor swimming pool and patio area by introducing sliding doors. Products used: Ico Roof lightweight roof system, Ico Span lightweight roof system, Rehau Upvc Frames and Evolve Upvc Sliding Doors

Large Roof Lantern

Our client was in the process of building a wedding venue and had requested a roof lantern to cascade natural light into the wedding hall. This bespoke lantern exceeded the capabilities of the general lantern system due to the extremely large perimeter opening. The client also requested the possibility of hanging large chandeliers, therefore, we had to install aluminium crank beams internally. Products used: Ultraframe Skyspace Portal and Classic Lantern Roof System, Self-cleaning glass

Our process

A simple, yet effective process

Free Designs Consultation

We will discuss your needs, goals, and budget for the project. We will provide  timeline for completion, and answer any initial questions you may have.

Site Survey

Detailed assessment conducted by Matt our Director and experienced window and roof technician, to gather information on your project.

Detailed Proposal

A comprehensive document, outlines the scope of work, project timeline, materials to be used, cost estimates, payment terms.

Second Site Survey

We finalise the order and ensure that all the details obtained during the first site survey are correct and most importantly that you are happy with the proposal

Product Order

Many of our suppliers require a 50% deposit at time of order.  You will be issued with your deposit invoice along with the payment terms for the remaining balance.

6

Installation & AfterCare

Once products arrive we will confirm your installation date. Once the job is finished, we will remain accessible to address any future concerns.
