    Site Survey

Our site survey is a detailed assessment conducted by Matt Williams, our Director and experienced window and roof technician, to gather information about your property in order to plan and prepare for your project. During the survey, Matt will examine the land, existing structures, utilities, and other important factors that may impact the project. This information helps us to provide accurate recommendations, cost estimates, and ensure that the project is designed and executed efficiently and effectively.

    Detailed Proposal

Our detailed proposal is a comprehensive document prepared by Sarah Langley, our Company Secretary. This proposal outlines the scope of work, project timeline, materials to be used, cost estimates, payment terms, and any other relevant information needed to carry out the project successfully. Our proposals are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer, ensuring that all aspects of the project are clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

    Second Site Survey

The purpose of our second site survey is to finalise the order and ensure that all the details obtained during the first site survey are correct and most importantly that you are happy with the proposal and answer any further questions you may have, helping to ensure your vision is brought to life effectively and efficiently. At this stage you will be expected to sign our contract of sale which includes a 14 day cooling off period.

    Product Order

Many of our suppliers require a 50% deposit at time of order. You will be issued with your deposit invoice along with the payment terms for the remaining balance. Once the deposit has been received by the manufacturer, they will provide us with a delivery date and we will provisionally book in your installation. Should your project require building regulations, we will also require the payment for your local authority building control.
