Free Design Consultation
We will discuss your needs, goals, and budget for the project. We will provide a timeline for completion and answer any initial questions you may have.
Site Survey
Detailed assessment conducted by Matt our Director and experienced window and roof technician, to gather information on your project.
Detailed Proposal
A comprehensive document outlining the scope of work, project timeline, materials to be used, cost estimates, and payment terms.
Second Site Survey
We finalise the order and ensure that all the details obtained during the first site survey are correct and that you are happy with the proposal.
Product Order
Many of our suppliers require a 50% deposit at time of order. You will be issued with your deposit invoice along with payment terms for the remaining balance.
Installation & AfterCare
Once products arrive we will confirm your installation date. Once the job is finished, we will remain accessible to address any future concerns.
